Process is fast and efficient, offer made at interview. Full explanation of job duties, pay, benefits, and expectations. The interview offer comes by phone, with an in person interview with the manager of your department, and sometimes with the store manager. The best way to go about the interview is to be very outgoing, they want salespeople who are eccentric and approachable.

Online Application, Onsite Interview about 30 mins. Overall easy. Was told they would reach out after background check. Got offer a couple of days later. Good Experience and everyone manager and employee was nice during the process.
