Interview
Interview is extremely situational. The store manager asked a plethora of questions on how I would react to in-store conflicts and resolution tactics. Also, asked how I would grow the overall business and general interview questions. (How do you define success, what are your long term goals, what do you like about Dillard’s, etc.)

Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
I was heavily recruited. It was a smooth process. It consisted of 2 interviews. It was consistent with other retailers. The questions were answered and it was inviting . That’s all I have to say about my experience at Dillards
