A confusing job interview process. Interviewed by a manager who had no previous experience in beauty and spent a lot of the interview lecturing about how she worked her way up to the position. I was then offered to start in the Women's Shoes dept. Not what I applied for and just wasn't worth my time. Interviewing Manager also had me wait almost 30 minutes to interview because she forgot I was coming in and didn't write our appointment down.
