Interview
Initial campus interviews at job fair, followed by invite only interviews on campus afterwards, followed by an all day building tour and interview session at the headquarters. Three rounds of interviews with people from various departments, followed by lunch with executives, followed by a tour of the entire building and a presentation on the inner workings of the business.

They asked me what I liked to do for fun, a lot of the interview was just getting a feel for personality.
