The interview process is very scripted and by the book. However it was very relaxed and they never made me feel like I was being interrogated. It was not a difficult interview.
Not too shabby, standard. Enjoyed getting to know the person. People were pretty nice, and Glassdoor should really stop forcing people to review with a thirty word minimum, it doesn't exactly encourage much but an aggravating amount of dishonesty, and it diminishes the quality of ones work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dillard's (Little Rock, AR)
Interview
The interview was pleasant, but quickly found it was not the company that I would be able to grow in quickly. The company has a very flat structure which is good, but is heavily managed by the family. Not a lot of room for growth for the the particular position.
