The interview process was well-structured and conversational. I first completed an online application followed by a virtual interview with multiple team members. Each interviewer focused on behavioral questions, my understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy, and how I would contribute to the Global Client Group. Not too complicated. You need to now about the company. Questions were similar with the questions that I found online. HR communications are terrible and super long. It took 3 months and the result was rejection. Not ideal especially for internationals
