There was an initial email screen confirming salary expectations followed by a 30 minute phone screen conducted by a recruiter. The recruiter was extremely engaging and walked me through the process and what to expect next in terms of time lines and people. I had a follow-up phone interview with a member from their TD team which was a general behavioral interview and one in which they asked me to walk them through a L&D scenario I had worked on. The recruiter was in touch within 24 hours after and invited me in for an on site interview scheduled a week later. The on site interview included 5 different 30 minute blocks with members from HR, TD and senior management. This was followed with a lunch with the team members. After the interview the recruiter was in touch several days later and provided feedback and said there would be a follow-up interview with the head of talent and a presentation I would have to do to demonstrate instructional experience.
