First began with applying for PM via OCR, then interviewing with two representatives on campus. The interview was pretty casual, with questions about coursework and interests. At the end, I was recommended to interview with another department as well (FAS). About two weeks later I was emailed about a final-round "super day" at the office, where I ate lunch with several more entry-level employees then had about 3 more 30-minute interviews with more senior employees. Interviews were very conversational and the people were personable, asking about my interest in DFA (FAS in particular) as well as their strategy. Very open to answering questions, just make sure to have an understanding of Fama/French.
