I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dimensional Fund Advisors
Interview
After the initial chat with the recruitor, there was 5 levels of interview from various levels from VP to Analyst. Quite simple questions behavioural and scenario based. The worst thing is after spending so many hours on the many interviews the HR didn't have the basic courtesy to inform the candidate about the decision. I eventually found out after I got a call from an agency looking for candidates. Highly unprofessional to not provide feedback and even respond to emails.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dimensional Fund Advisors (Austin, TX)
Interview
Informal 5hr interview, went well or so I thought. Team lead nor the recruiter didn't bother following up to let me know whether or not I was getting an offer. Normally this isn't a huge deal to me, but when it's half a work day you can at least tell me no.

Basic Star interview questions, thankfully they respect your experience level without having to prove yourself too much.
HR phone screen. followed by manager interview. followed by “super day” - four 30 minute interview with various team members. Expect basic behavioral questions and questions about past experiences in the field
First interview was phone screen with recruiter. Then zoom interview with manager. Then in-office multi-interview day. People were nice and process was pretty laid back. Must know about the company.
