Three rounds. First is with HR, second with associate, final super day format with 5 different members. Similar questions in each round. Plenty of behavioral/fit questions and five factor model.

Overall all the interviews went really well. They’re all very kind and fun to talk to. I went through first round with hr, then 2nd round with an associate, and had a super day. Mostly behavioral and asking about market knowledge and also what is dimensionals investment style.

Why DFA, their investment philosophy, why GCG, tell me about a time, team questions, why finance, and etc. For the most part fairly easy interview questions. Doesn't seem like a very hard internship.
