Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do to increase AUM in specific market with particular products?
Pretty formal but not difficult. I applied online, had a phone screen with HR, another phone screen with the hiring manager, and then an afternoon of in-person interviews at the office. I think I spoke with four people on the in-person day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why Dimensional (and some base knowledge of the investing philosophy)? Talk about a project where you needed to pick up the slack or dropped the ball.
It's a relatively normal investment management interview process - there is an initial HR screen call, then a brief call with the hiring manager. Afterwards, there is an onsite super day for four hours (with lunch). Some of the questions were more behavioral, and some were knowledge based (I remember getting asked where the S&P was that week). Other than that, pretty straightforward.
