Interview
Questions on Fama French 5 factor model, Dimensional investment philosophy, and what are the key reasons for passive investing. Other questions were on ability to work with team. The process is phone call from HR, then meeting the immediate team then you proceed to meet the senior members of the organization until you get the final interview. Lots of academic questions as well but there seemed to be more emphasis on pedigree than performance results.
