I applied through the university career website. I got the first round phone interview from a HR, which mainly work through my resume. I am an international student with so-so English skills, and the HR has some accent, so I did not understanding her very well. She let me told her the experience when doing the internship in the Investment Bank in my home country, especially cared about the data work I did, and asked me if I have authorization to work in the US. She also asked me if I was able to use SQL or VBA, which are important for their daily work. This is my first interview in the US, even though it is easy, but I did very bad because I was nervous when talking in English.
