Applied through Workpop, heard back 2 days later. Met with the restaurant manager and was asked some questions, felt more like a conversation than the dreaded scary interview. Was called in for a second interview with the regional manager. I was only asked 2 more questions then she said she would call me that night or the following morning. I never heard back, even if it was just for a no.

Conducted quick brief 30 minute online interview, then called in for a short in-person interview with basic questions such as availability and experience. Followed by a 1 - 2 hour trial shift. Was not busy when I undertook the trial shift.
1 online video submission and 1 in person interview: asks basic interview questions (why you want to work there, weaknesses, strengths, tell me about a time when you worked on a team, etc)
was ok. asked generic questions about working in the service industry. good job for young people and making friends. can be clicky. takes time to get in with the crew
