Initial interview lasted approximately 5-10 minutes. Upon arriving, I waited 15 minutes and was called on by one of the male managers. He did not shake my hand nor introduce himself and walked me outside. The whole process was quick and to the point. He said they needed to "replenish" their staff which meant they had high turn over. Negative experience, very unprofessional to interview candidates while standing outside. I did not return for my second interview due to poor business manners. They also do not hire servers, promotion is from within. All the Glass Door interview reviews were spot-on.
