Interview
They asked me to tell them a little about myself and asked if I had any server experience from before. When I said that I did, they asked how I overcame any hardships and why I would be a good fit for the company. They basically wanted to see if I had the personality type they were looking for and if I possessed the right skills for the job.

What is a personal weakness and how can you overcome it?
was easy, didn't have to do to much. You have to be competent, though, the job is very labor-intensive and requires a lot of multitasking. They are the biggest restaurant in NYC after all.

Interview
The interview was located in a building in downtown. Everyone was given a time slot, so I did not have to wait long until it is my turn. The interview itself was quick and straightforward. It was really efficient. Interviewer was also really friendly.
you have to make a video audition which is awkward. also you MUST be clean-shaven to be considered. with a razor, not a trimmer. they laughed at me when i said i have never used a razor but will learn how
