They send you an email and then you have your first interview. Then if it goes well, you offered a second interview. They ask you basic questions about hospitality and your resume.
the interview process was very quick, asked basic behavioral questions and scheduling. the interview itself took less than 20 minutes, and I was hired on the spot after the interview was over.

Straight forward and quick. Mainly interested in previous experience and what I look for when I go out to eat. Not a group interview. Interviewed by General Manager. Friendly and professional.
