Brief phone screen, where I was asked basic interview questions, such as what are my short and long-term plans, past experience, etc. After the interview, I was told I would be contacted in a couple of days, regarding the next step. I received a email informing me thy they would proceed with other candidates.

Applied online, called within a week for phone interview, once I passed was face to face with two floor managers, long, but it wasn't too bad. If they accept you the gave you a script to study. You get get called back for a script to read that is basically a mock job sequence, and they'll advise you within a few more says if they're interested.

I applied through a staffing agency for this position. The recruiter had me do two computer test then a pre-interview. The beginning of next week, I had an interview with Direct Energy. I initially thought it was one on one however they had many candiatates so they decided to do a panel interview which I wasn't aware until I go there. So they three of their superiors asking my group and myself questions. The questions they asked were behoviral sequence.
