Started with a phone interview and then 2 in office rounds. Mostly questions regarding past experience and character fit. Nothing too technical as the role was relatively entry level. Pretty informal overall, interviewers want to get a feel for how you would fit in with the team and work environment.

Interview
I applied online. I was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter for an ititial phone screenine. I was then scheduled for an in person interview at the local office and a Skype meeting with a manager in a different office. The interview was laid back. Everyone seemed nice. I never heard from them again. I tried to follow up with the recruiter but she never responded. I guess that she gave me her answer my ignoring me. I finally wrote them off 3 weeks after the interview when they reposted the job.
