Wish I had read some of these reviews beforehand, very similar experience. Multiple back to back interviews, going from HR to online assessment to peer group to leadership. Nice enough people, and the culture appeared to be decent with an interesting albeit scattered business model. About a month total timeline. HR communication was truly lacking- the rep only responded after multiple emails on basic questions. A founder-led company appears visionary at first, but my take is it's created a an embedded fear of change which cascades down company-wide (although they'll promise you the exact opposite.) A brief canned response for the 'we're going with other candidates' email.
