They schedule for a 5 hour interview once you get past the phone interivew. MIne was scheduled to be a personality test followed by 3 seperate interviews with two people each, finished with shadowing the job. The questions we weird, nothing I've ever been asked during an interview. "Tell me about a skill you don't have." "Tell me about a time you didn't satisfy a customer's needs." They were set questions so the flow was weird as well. They asked me which computer skills I was good at and I went on and on about how I was excellent at Excel...then probably 3 questions later they asked "Tell us how you are with Excel." With the weird questions there were awkward pauses and I know I hadn't done well. After the first interview the second interview was the same weird, read-off questions (and someone who "forgot to print off a copy of my resume" so remember to bring a resume). They seemed so uninterested me, they might as well have been rolling their eyes right in front of me. I know someone else said this too but this is when they cut the interview short. My third interviewer and the girl who I would shadow for an hour got called into an "important meeting". They walked me back to the front desk and said "We'll let you know within a week" while barely turning around. I unsurprisingly got a call exactly 7 days later saying they were not moving forward. Overall a very weird interview and once they weren't interested they were pretty rude and had no problem letting me know.
