I would rate my overall experience with interviewing with Direct Supply a positive experience, and I would be open to reconsidering them in the future, but I feel the candidate experience could still be improved upon by improving following.
The start to finish timeframe is borderline excessive. I understand from talking to the various partners why this is , but if you are going for a focus on culture fit, I feel your interviews should be tailored more towards this. While I enjoyed talking with all partners for both onsite interviews I would have to say only the interview session with the Director went beyond just discussion of role/ my experience and more about trying to find out about the actual person aligned with your culture fit theme, but this could be due to the 30 min time slots which fly by pretty fast.
The last feedback item would be communication. I felt Direct Supply did a good job of keeping me in the loop up to after the second onsite interview. After waiting 3-4 business days for a response I reached out for an update as I had another offer pending which I ultimately decline but due to a lack of communicate for over a week I was essentially forced to issue an ultimatum of a offer which is a bad position to put a candidate in.

Interview
It's a gauntlet of interviews, but I had a ton of fun doing it! Started with an HR screen and then they had me take an aptitude test (forget which one). I did a kata with a senior SE and then talked to four or five more people including my would-be lead. I liked everyone I talked to and was able to get a good sense of the culture and vision. When they matched my competing offer I was sold!
First interviewed with one employee about basic resume information, then was given an aptitude test. Received a follow up interview with two different employees, going more in depth about the job and its requirements.
