Interview
Lengthy, but up-front. They are looking for the best they can find. The interviewers were looking for a person who had the knowledge, but also fit the company. It did not seem that they would hire someone just because they were smart. They also needed to fit the company's culture.
The process has 2 30-minute interviews back to back with one interview focussing on behaviorals while the other one was casing. The behavioral questions were out of the box and very unique. The case was pretty easy

I had 1, 30 minute phone interview followed by 4, 30 minute interviews with various managers and additional senior leaders. The company and interviewers were nice throughout the process and did a good job answering my questions.
