The interview was my second with this company, both times I felt as if I was being "Practiced on" by an HR intern. One interview the woman from Direct Supply could not understand what a "Matrix" organization is. I will give them credit for their efficiency at their process. Applications and Resume's are accepted over the web, they call to arrange an interview within one day, they sent a reject e-mail within a week on both occasions. Unfortunately, there was no feedback either time. I was very disappointed with this. They appear to be a unique company that I was very interested in. I have excellent experience, I just do not understand what they are really looking for or if my salary requirement is scaring them away?
