Applied online for an individual contributor role (no reports). My subsequent interview experience: - Initial phone screen, 30 minutes, 1 person - Ascentii Role Fit Survey, 15 minutes, online - Round 1 onsite interviews: 2+ hours, 4 people 1-on-1 - Began with Wonderlic cognitive test, 15 minutes - Round 2 onsite interviews: 4 hours, 6 people 1-on-1 - Round 3 onsite interviews: 4 hours, 5 people 1-on-1 - 3rd-party onsite psychological assessment & cognitive tests, 4 hours, 2 people 1-on-1 This totaled 15 hours + travel meeting 16 people, with 4 onsite visits and multiple structured examinations. Unfortunately, the company decided to end the process at this point (ouch). They did not get to contacting references, background checks and drug screen. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. This is a solid company, and I wish I had received an offer to join them. Some advice, however: Before applying, make sure that you're interested enough in this company to commit a significant amount of your time to their process.
