Interview
A lot of the reviews said that the process took a long time but that was not my experience. I was contacted via email for a preliminary phone interview. I was then invited to an in-person interview the following week that lasted 3 hours and I met with the Sales Manager, shadowed two account managers for an hour or so and had a final interview with the Director of Sales. I received notice that they would be extending an offer the following week. All-in-all about a 3 week process which I felt was normal.

Interview process went well until I reached the final interviewer. He was rude the entire time and couldn’t remember my name. He kept talking down to me and it seemed like he made his mind up before the interview even started.

Very thorough interview process with many steps and meet with multiple sales leaders. Sometimes asked the same question in different ways. Was really about your ability to be taught and cultural fit.
