Started with a phone interview to screen me in or out. I was called in to interview. Prior to the interview you are asked to do some Wonderlic tests and personality tests. Results are not shared with you. Then I interviewed with 4 different people. They were casual and easy to talk to. Ultimately was told they were going in a different direction. I am in my mid 50's and most of the people interviewing me were in their 30's or early 40's so I assume my age was a factor which I expected knowing they like to hire younger. There was 1 person I got the feeling was not impressed with me and didn't hide it well. I really wanted to work there, I liked the vibe of the culture.
