I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with the same recruiter twice, and both times, she was rude, dismissive, and came across as very aggressive. Like other people have said, their interview process is a joke, which I only learned about after I applied and had an interview scheduled (that's on me, as I should have visited this site first). Some things are a blessing in disguise, and not making the cut for their "elite" club may be one of them.
