I was brought in through a recruiter. It was a lengthy process involving multiple rounds of interviews. My one critique is that I felt a lot of the interviewers asked similar questions. It also included an IQ test and a phone interview round. I got a tour of the main campus and facilities. After the interviews the process moved pretty quick with a standard offer letter and benefits info.
