I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI) in May 2010
Interview
This interview was supposed to take a half hour (it was a phone screen). Not only were the interviewers tardy, but it only lasted 20 minutes.
At one point, I was asked how much I wanted to make. I told them that salary was a small part of the total compensation package, and that I would like to learn more about other facets of Direct Supply prior to answering. As I was starting to get my next question out, one of the interviewers said, "So, five dollars an hour will be fine?" Both interviewers then laughed.
I was stunned and could not believe the lack of professionalism and cruelty of the interviewers. They seemed to be very unkind.
I received a rejection a few days later (surprise!)
Direct Supply says the AVERAGE age of their workforce is 27. This boggles my mind. I would be interested to see the age of their last 50 hires... is anyone over 30?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2022
Interview
Like others have said it is a very lengthy process, but moves quickly. The initial recruiter call for me lasted an hour which my recruiter mentioned her calls are usually 30 mins, but because I qualified for multiple positions it took longer to explain each role which I appreciated.
The next step was 4 half hour interviews with managers or higher ups in the department. I then had another additional 30 mins interview to determine between roles that I would be a fit for. After that I had 4 more half hour interviews. The process lasted about 3 weeks. A lot of repetitive questions, but I enjoyed speaking with everyone I met.

You get a phone interview and then come onsite for a Wonderlic test and 3 interviews. Then you come back for a second interview session where you will be shadowing someone doing the job for 30 minutes and then another couple interviews. In total I interviewed with 9 people.

There was nothing difficult just gathering information on your experience and what you've achieved.
I applied online. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI) in Jan 2013
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews, each including multiple interviews with 1-3 people. Very intensive process but also shows they are serious about finding the best match. I also had to do the Wonderlic exam.
