Interview process wasn't too difficult. Had a 30 minute phone call which was basic behavioral questions. Then had a 1 hour technical and a 1 hour behavioral. Behavior was mostly just asking questions as an interviewee. The technical portion I had to trace code and spots bugs, then had to write pseudocode for a leetcode problem which wasn't too bad.

Multiple interviews. The first interview consisted of a one-on-one online. The interviewer asked simple questions about my resume, hardships I've faced in groups, and my team communication skills, things like that. There was also a skill assessment but it was really simple and not as stressful as other coding interviews - essentially wanted to see how my train of thought worked and how I could take a problem and go through it. Definitely recommend going deep talking out loud and demonstrating to the interviewer how your problem solves, doesn't even have to be correct as long as they can see how you are getting through the problem and can showcase it effectively. The next interview consisted of speaking with specific team managers and getting a feel for what they contribute to the company. Each manager asked simple questions on what your team skills are like, and hardships to things on your resume. There most likely is a third but I never had a chance to get to it. I did get a callback though about not going further in the process, really appreciated the call and also the encouragement the hiring person provided. It was nice not to be ghosted and talk to someone about the why's and how to improve or try again for the following application I submit.
