Bait 'n' switch. Recruiter reached out specifying (Remote) role on LinkedIn. 30 minute interview. During my question time I asked why the website didn't have the role listed as Remote and it was explained to me that it was actually Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite a week over an hour drive for me.
Ask questions before interview if it is being billed as remote so as not to waste your time if that is important to you. I wouldn't have entertained an interview if the recruiter were honest and open upfront. Sadly, I don't think the recruiter understood the difference because he told me a hybrid candidate would win the job if compared to me. I thought, sure, but I am not interested in hybrid jobs and wouldn't apply to one so of course they'd win the job. They reached out to me for a remote role, not a hybrid role! It was weird.
