I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI) in Jul 2011
Interview
I first had a telephone interview with HR and was shortly thereafter invited in for a face 2 face interview. First, there was a personality test followed by a analytical test. Then I met with 3 of 4 people scheduled to be interview with which would have amounted to a four hour process, (including the testing) cut down to 2.45 hr interview. Having read comments on this website I had asked the receptionist if she had ever heard of glassdoor.com and a look of dismay came over her face. I wanted to know (being in my early 50's) if it was true that the average age was 27 and her reply was that it's up to early 30's.
Another thing I have noticed since I've been interviewing, is that if you don't receive a business card from your interviewer, they aren't interested. I recieved a card from the first person I interviewed with, nothing from the second (though she had them with her), and I asked for one from the third. In the back of my head I knew (and was ultimately right) that they weren't interested in me.
