There was a phone screen, in person with HR, hiring manager, about 5 other managers or peers, plus a series of personality tests. The process took about 3 weeks and my results were not favorable as I didn't get the job. The interviews took place in the department where the position was located which was a nice benefit to see the workspace. There was little feedback as to why the position was not offered even with follow up.
