I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Intensive interview process BUT everyone was so great to talk to and interact with. They really care about who they hire and make you feel as welcomed as possible. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you about your general school and work experience and how it relates to the job you're applying for. They also ask you common behavioral interview questions, along with situational questions. I did get a few random surprise questions like "do you like to read? what book are you reading right now?" or "if you could be any household item what would you be and why". I think those are more just to see how you answer them and get a feel for your thought process and personality.
