In a word - Ghosted!! I applied online, Zoom screening with recruiter. Zoom interview with hiring manager. Then spent a day to go onsite with 4 separate interviews. Then a second day onsite with another 6 interviews. Then a third day onsite with 8 more interviews. Finally another Zoom interview. This took 3 months. All seemed to go well as I continued to advance to the next stages and met more people. Then nothing. Silence. No call or emails or response to my follow up. It’s been 7 weeks since my last interview and the job is still posted. After spending all of that time and energy, it’s unbelievable that they won’t take a minute to communicate where they are in the process. This ghosting after I spent many days with them, along with the need for 18+ people to be involved making a hiring decision, has left me with a very negative view of this company. I am now happily employed elsewhere. But I do wonder if they will ever contact me to close this out. Or do they just leave all rejected candidates hanging and expect us to figure it out after weeks of waiting and hoping?
