I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
First they asked personality questions, then they asked about all the projects I have done and then there was very little technical questions and the person who asked the technical questions has only been at the company for a month.
There was also the express interview I went to and I had two interviews for the same position but with two different managers. After those interviews they called me back and said they want me in for a two hour long interview.
After the two hour long interview and about 2 weeks of waiting I got the call that I got an offer!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Supply (Durham, NC) in Mar 2022
Interview
It's a gauntlet of interviews, but I had a ton of fun doing it! Started with an HR screen and then they had me take an aptitude test (forget which one). I did a kata with a senior SE and then talked to four or five more people including my would-be lead. I liked everyone I talked to and was able to get a good sense of the culture and vision. When they matched my competing offer I was sold!
First interviewed with one employee about basic resume information, then was given an aptitude test. Received a follow up interview with two different employees, going more in depth about the job and its requirements.
