The interview process was great, there was a lot to learn from the senior management which took time to be part of the process. The questions were well thought out and gave me an opportunity to think through before responding.

Question 1
How best do you handle a disgruntled customer who wants a refund?
Easy, Fun, and Intuitive with the whole interview process. Gave me a great understanding of work life and culture. I would definitely say I would interview again for another position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Direct Travel (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Multiple stages of interviews including a face to face outside of my region costing me time and money to attend with no compensation attached. Additionally spent a total of three hours in 3 follow up interviews. This started in June and after multiple attempts for updates via email phone calls messages etc. did not get any response until September when I was told the position was filled by a generic correspondence sent via email from a generic email address. My issue was there was no one person that would keep me in the loop I was asked for additional time to interview with different people which I fulfilled with zero follow up from the company. Obviously this was frustrating as it reached 4 months in total
