They set up a fake interview for me despite the fact I worked for them for almost a year. They didn't want to hire me back after COVID so they wanted me to interview for a position and wouldn't give me my old position. Then they acted like the interview didn't go well and used that as an excuse to not hire me. The interview had gone fine and they made up stories and make accusations that were completely false. They told me that someone would call me later today or on Wednesday afternoon and when I emailed them asking for a specific time so I could make sure to be available, they ignored my emails and I missed the call when he tried to reach me for the interview. I got an email saying how they didn't understand why I would talk about a subject during an interview. I talked about it because the interviewer asked me a question directly about it. They were never communicating with me but were just communicating in a way that would leave a paper trail to protect themselves from any future legal issues. They never communicated with me at all.
