Interview
The initial interview was with the Recruiting Director which I thought was great to get to interview with a leader at the company right away. She was very thorough, transparent and gave me insight into the role and expectations. The second interview was with the COO. He was nice, not the same energy as the first interview but wasn't bad. The first one was on the phone and second on zoom. I didn't end up moving forward because i'm not sure this specific role would be a great fit.

Question 1
The first one was specific to certain areas I have owned in roles, what I was passionate about, how I operate as a leader. The second was more about the actual job I held, reasons for leaving, bosses, etc.
