Interview
The HR was initially responsive and scheduled an interview after a two-month application process. However, the second-round interview with the Operations Head felt unusual as it concluded in just 20 minutes, despite HR booking it for 45 minutes. Unfortunately, HR communication ceased after my application was rejected. In retrospect, it seems that I may not have missed much, especially considering some concerning comments from current or former employees about the company.

I had Juan Daniel as a recruiter and honestly he is a very nice person to talk with!! He was very passionate and approachable, He started sharing the agenda of the day the he gave me a very nice explanation of Directive and the PM role, then we move forward to talk about about my experience in the role and, finally he gave space for Q& Very nice interview.
