Interview Process:
The interview was an initial interview with the internal HR and basically went over my background.
Everything seemed to be going well and afterwards sent me a personality assessment which I immediately did so we can move forward.
However in that same day got email stating from her that they were already reviewing and seeing who would move forward.
As of course I get rejection email from them stating how competitive this role was. That is so vague when its always a competition in the job market for any position.
My issue is how lazy the hiring manager is by having their HR person vet out potential candidates when the resume doesn't tell the whole story. We can't fit everything in a resume.
That is the purpose of the interview is being able to ask questions and make it a fair assessment and conversional as well.
Big waste of time on both parties and remember as more people leave negative reviews less people are going to apply.
