First reached out to on LinkedIn (I did not apply) then had a phone call for an initial 30 minute screener in Austin, then forwarded onto second round for a 45 mins via Zoom. Was then asked to complete a Predictive Index Assessment. From there, was asked to join a third round, and to prepare a 20 minute Google Slides presentation on my 30-60-90 day plan which was recorded on Zoom, including what I would include in my launch and why. Interview lasted for 45 minutes. When asked for my opinion and point of view on what direction I would take in their shoes, I provided my answer based on learned experience. The next day, the original job posting was removed, and replaced with a new posting (same job description, different title). Then I got a standard, system based email thanking me for my interest in Directive. After three rounds including a presentation with my insights and learned expertise, the least they could do is personally call me to inform me. Tells me a lot about the company.
