I applied online. I interviewed at Directive in Aug 2022
Interview
Directive has a basic 4 step interview process: recruiter screen, interview with a manager, an assignment, and a final interview with an exec/VP. The assignment was for one of their existing clients. Little information and parameters were set around the assignment. Of course, the work was not compensated. This felt very exploitative. During the process, the recruiter never followed up with me. I only found out that that the position was "filled" after emailing them multiple times. Needless to say, the posting for this exact position is still live on LinkedIn (it's been a few months since my last interview). The manager in the second part of the interview seemed incredibly burnt out and mentioned high workloads multiple times. The VP seemed very full of himself and somewhat sexist in the interview. Avoid this company — they seem to be posting ghost jobs and getting their applicants to do free work for them.

Question 1
How would you report about a project progress to your clients? What tools do you use to conduct research that informs digital strategy you recommend?

Interview
Recruiter interview followed by team lead interview, presentation and final interview. Presentation is pretty open ended and everyone is so nice. Overall the presentation will make or break your interview so spend decent time on it.
