Pretty intensive interview process- 2 interviews with the hiring manager, interview with the person the job would report to, presentation of a account audit, interview with the COO to finalize the interview process

Interview process was pretty clear. 0. HR - Initial call 1. HR - video interview. 2. Paid media VP interview [preparation to interview] 3. Presenting presentation before paid media VP and head of paid media VP Overall the interview was pretty average. Issues: 1. After very first contact with Directive they ghosted me, and didn’t reply. After reply they said that “no move forward”. 2. Second time I went through the deep interview process, during which I spend a lot of time preparing the presentation which was about couple days. 3. After the final interview I’ve got a call. VP of paid media told me, that I’ve got an experience, however at the moment they won’t be hiring at that role no one. Once I applied once again, they told me I’m not a good fit.
