Directive Recruiter interview questions

Interview went well. I was contacted quickly after applying and interview felt conversational and like we connected well. I followed up same day with a thank you and my excitement to hear back but was never followed back up with. As a recruiter, this was enough for me to know I am not interested in working for a company that ghosts candidates. I also found the "training period" to be a big red flag. I have never heard of this in an agency setting and would never advise someone to accept a role that you could "fail".
