3 Stage interview. First phone call with HR to talk about experience and career goals. Second in person on site that included basic resume questions and a hands on test looking for familiarity with tools. Last was with the President of Disco Hi Tec America and was more just get to know you and explain company processes/ give you some facetime with him.

It was a long but engaging interview. With very likeable interviewers. Met several engineers who talk about their time working at the company. They showed me the machines i would work on, and how they work.

It was very casual. Interviewer asked about past experiences and skills. Asked me to take identify and take apart a piece of the machine. Short interview with the president who is friendly. Very straightforward and no trick questions.
