Interview
Telephonic interview followed by in-person interview with a panel consisting of members from different functions. This included dev lead, QA lead, product management and senior management. Interview was lengthy and they try to maintain pressure.
Hiring manger reach out via phone, asked basic backgrounds and experience. Then 3 round 30 mins back to back interview with team members and hiring manager. Focus on past experience and some knowledge checks.
