Process is pretty much standard for Graduate schemes. I had a phone interview with them, which lasted about 20 minutes. It was a mixture of competency based questions and motivational ones. After that I was asked to take online tests, which weren't that hard compared to some of the ones out there. Just make sure you practise beforehand.
This was then followed by an assessment centre at their office in west London. It was first a face to face interview asking to give examples of how you behaved in different situations, etc. This lasted about an hour and was followed by a group presentation. Nothing too hard in there, just make sure you listen to your teammates, take their opinion in to account and utilise the data provided to you. Also, make sure to have a quick run through with your team, otherwise, it might go a bit awry when presenting in front of the others. Lastly, there was a group discussion. You were given a certain budget and asked to chose a number of TV programs that will adhere to the company's slogan "satisfying curiosity".
I was then contacted for a final interview with an SVP of finance controller. Make sure you prepare for motivational questions. I was provided with a very generic reason and offered feedback(which was not provided afterwards).
