Interview was friendly but pretty intense. I was required to have prepared a presentation of my biggest achievements to date and wasn't encouraged to use powerpoint. I prepared an interactive board game to execute my presentation. I was interviewed by two people. One of them told me twice she was very impressed, whilst the other was on his phone several times during the interview which I found rude. When it was time for me to ask questions towards the end of the interview, any questions I asked were answered with a question. So when I asked: what would I be doing on a day to day basis, the response I received was: what do you think you will be doing? which was really unhelpful. After this I waited around 10 days before emailing to chase for some feedback, I emailed for times and did not receive a response which is really unprofessional especially as I had spent a long time and worked hard on my presentation. I wouldn't want to work for a company who don't even have the decency to contact their candidates with feedback, and I even contacted their HR team.
